Munising, MI. - Senior Toy Poodle Miss Lucy Is Sweet and Loving Lucy, a toy poodle, is 12+ years old.She is spayed, up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative, and has had a complete dental done. She has some vision and hearing difficulties. She is NOT completely housebroken and does need to go out more often than a younger dog would. Lucy was pulled from a downstate pound where she was listed as a stray. She weighed only 4 1/2 pounds and was literally skin over bones. She now weighs 7 1/2 pounds. She requires a fenced yard to prevent her from wandering off and getting lost again. Personal and vet references are required to adopt Lucy. If interested contact: Kelly Hazel. Brandi, 11 years old, is a spayed Terrier mix. She weighs 20.5 pounds and is up to date on shots. She has lots of energy and enjoys playing. She is very smart and knows how to open cupboard doors, baby gates and other miscellaneous doors. She would need both a fenced yard and a watchful eye. Gets along with other dogs, ignores the cat, and enjoys children. She would do best in a home with a stay-at-home human or another small dog friend. She does not do well when left alone for any lengthy periods. E-mail: khazel@up.net |

Animal Placement Bureau is a volunteer foster care network with no paid staff and no sheltering facility. All of the dogs in the care of this group live with our volunteers and become as much a part of their family as their own dogs. APB is recognized federally as a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization whose primary goal is to place homeless dogs into loving, lifelong homes. APB is funded solely by private donations and fundraisers and does not receive any state, local, or federal funding. Major expenses are the result of the extensive medical care we provide for each dog in our care including wormings, vaccinations, and spay/neuter surgeries. |
