Thibodaux, LA -- Tucker, currently under the guardianship of HOPE for Animals, is an eight-year-old male mix. He has several good qualities: In addition to being handsome, he's quiet and well-behaved. He's not a jumper or a licker, AND he's already house-trained. Although he gets along just fine with people, he would prefer to be an only pet. Tucker has been with HOPE for quite some time, so he's really yearning for his forever home.

Animal Welfare, Inc. is a 501 c 3 organization set up in 1979 to help pets, pet owners, and the community. Our Spay/Neuter Voucher Program helps pet owners pay to get their pets spayed and neutered. Our adoption program features many great pets -- all spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm prevention, tested for FeLV, crate trained, and some are house trained. | Thibodaux | HOPE for Animals -- What started as a chapter of the SPCA later transformed into the Humane Organization for the Protection and Education for Animals. HOPE for Animals is a no-kill, non-profit rescue group based in Thibodaux, Louisiana. We strive to educate the community on animal welfare issues. Through donations and fundraisers, we maintain an adoption program in which we rescue, care for, and re-home approximately 200 dogs and cats a year.
